Confronted with the renovation and vertical expansion of a key building within one of Romania’s leading emergency hospitals, Tesseract proposes an innovative, value-driven façade that introduces rhythm and visual dynamism while remaining within strict budgetary constraints.
Within the renewed facility, a fully upgraded operating block and ICU department, together with their associated spaces, function in accordance with current national and European standards, ensuring efficient and high-quality emergency care for the hospital’s patients.
